My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The room was spotless and very nice, offering a bathtub with very hot water which added to my comfort. The service provided during my time there was exceptional, making for a very satisfying stay. However, there were a few cleanliness issues in some areas of the hotel that could be improved upon.
